HI! I'M ANNIE, FOUNDER OF AMP, YOUR YOGA TEACHER.

LET'S DO THIS THING!

I created this platform because it is important that everyone has access to great movement. Anywhere in the world, any time and whatever their ability.  As one individual person working predominantly face to face I can only reach so many of you at one time so this is the perfect solution.

Today my teaching is inspired by the thousands of people I have taught in my 10 years as a full time yoga teacher, the LYT yoga method (physical therapy style yoga), AIM (flow motion model) and my passion for helping people to move better, feel stronger and live freer.
